Label Queue

When printing item labels, the user has the option to choose between an immediate print or saving the job for printing at a later time. The Label Queue is the utility which prints these saved labels. Refer to Print Label for further information regarding label printing.

The Print Label Queue presents the currently selected Label Form ID, the number of labels in the queue, and the Label Printer. If the current label printer is incorrect, select "Setup" to change the printer to the correct one.

To print the labels in the Queue, select Print.

After the labels have printed, a prompt to reprint the labels appears. Select the appropriate response.

Next the system will ask if the labels held within the print queue should be cleared or not. Select the appropriate response.
