Service PersonsThe Service Persons window contains a list of available service technicians within the service department. A service technician must have an assigned TransActPOS User ID and is typically able to create and modify service tickets. This listing is used to indicate the preferred service technician on the service ticket.
With the service person's name highlighted, click the Properties tab to modify the ID and Name.
A service person must also be set up correctly under System | User Security in order to create and manage service tickets.
