Service Clock

All service persons must be set up correctly in System |  User Security and in System | Time Clock in order to use the service clock. 
 
Before clocking in on the Service Clock, you must be clocked in on the general Time Clock at the top of the TransAct screen.
 
 
Upon clicking the Service Clock and logging in, the Service Clock screen opens, and you can enter the service ticket number to clock against or click the Find button to search for a service ticket.

Once a ticket is selected, click Start Time to begin clocking against the ticket.
 
 
Alternatively, a ticket can be clocked against directly from the service ticket by clicking Start Clock.
 
 
To clock out of a ticket, log in to the the Service Clock, find the ticket, and click Stop Time.
 
 
 
All time against a service ticket by all service persons is recorded and can be reviewed in Service | Reports | Service Times.
