Ticket Report

The Ticket Report displays all service tickets within the system that match the defined settings.

Type Report

There are five report types to choose from depending on the level of detail needed.

Order By

The report results can be ordered by date received, ticket number, customer ID, or preferred service technician.

You can specify a date range to display in the report.

Include Item Cost

4. Include Item Cost
Checking this box will include the Item Cost on the report for each item.

Report Filters

5. Report Filters
 
The report can be further narrowed down using the report filters.  You may use all of these filters or none of them.
 
Include is the overall ticket status.
Status is equipment status within the repair process.
Type is the repair work type specified on the ticket.
Prefer is the preferred service technician.
