TransActPOS Physical Item Maintenance

The Physical Inventory Maintenance screen will list the current receipts and allow for the creation or deletion of wireless receipts.  Receipts may be viewed by Records and/or Types.
                                  
 
Selecting the New button or the Properties tab for a selected receipt will present the Properties page for entering the details of the expected receipt.  Active, Processing, Completed, and Deleted statuses are the natural progression of an item receipt batch.  When creating a new item receipt, make sure that the status is set to Active.
 
Entering an accurate comment will allow the wireless user to correctly select the appropriate receipt record.
                               
 
Once the receipt record is created, the wireless item receipt is ready to go.  From the TransActPOS Wireless application, select Inventory Adjustment.
 
Select Physical Inventory and then highlight the appropriate Receipt Group indicated within the listing and then choose the Select button.
