Logon Message

"The system could not log you on. Make sure your User name and domain are correct, then type your password again. Letters in passwords must be typed using the correct case."

If this error occurs during logon to the workstation with Remote Desktop, the user name and/or the password are incorrect. Review the user name established on the workstation in which you are attempting to connect.
