Item Analysis

The Item Analysis report provides information on rental item rental history, revenue to cost ratio, and repairs for a specified date range.

Report Type

An Item Detail report lists rental sales, revenue to cost ratio, and lifetime item costs for each rental item.

An Item Summary report totals data for all items in each class/code.

You can include only items with an on-hand quantity, sold items, or both.

You can order report results by class and code, item ID, item description, sales, or ROI. If results are ordered by sales,

Enter a date range.

You can include only serialized items, only non-serialized items, or both.

Select Top or Bottom from the drop-down list and select a numeric value to show only the top or bottom so many ranked items.

You can filter results for a specific item ID and/or serial number.
