Rental Reports

 
Rental Reports provide data to track rental items and contracts.
 
Hover over the number in the image below and click on the button in the pop-up window to go directly to that report, or click on the button below the image.
Rental Reports

The Rental Items report lists all inventory items with the item type Rental.

The Rental Prices report will list the prices of rental items in your inventory, according to the options selected below.

The Open Items report lists open rental contracts or overdue contracts.

The Rental Schedule report lists all rental items scheduled to be out during the specified date range.

The Item Analysis report provides information on rental item rental history, revenue to cost ratio, and repairs.

The Rental Customer list provides all account customers that are allowed to rent.
