Can not display invoices

If an invoice can not be displayed, normally the problem is resolved within the System | Workstation Setup | Printers and Options setup.
 
Normally, an invoice can be displayed by the system if the following selections are made:
 
If the system does not display the invoice on the screen, the workstation does have a printer selected for either the Cash Receipt or Account Charge printer. Selecting the correct destination printer for each function should resolve this issue.  Select System | Workstation Setup | Printers to address printer configurations.  Make sure to assign the appropriate form to each printing function.
