If you are having difficulty connecting to the Web Support, check the following configuration settings:
Allow popups within Internet Explorer
For the best success in creating a connection, un-check Sun Java from within Internet Explorer | Tools | Advanced and check the following three Microsoft VM options
If Microsoft Java is not installed, the application can be found on Microsoft's website.
Rebooting your workstation may be required after configuring the Microsoft VM application.
