Update Retail upon Electronic Invoice Receipt

This option only applies to True Value Company and Do it Best member stores and is located in: 
Due to the warehouse printing new price stickers for the store, delay option relays the retail price update to the time that the electronic order has been received. This option coordinates updating of the systems retail price with the receipt of the product and the new item labels.
 
If your store fits the following criteria:
1. You must place item price labels on all retail products
2. Your price item labels are printed by your vendor
3. You desire to change your Current Retail Price to a New Retail Price while creating a purchase order to indicate a new future retail price.
 
Note: The following functionality is based upon the "Update Retail upon Electronic Invoice Receipt" being checked within the Company Setup and the corresponding IOR option set.
 
The diagram below helps explain the process:
 
 
1. Within the purchase order, a new retail price is entered BUT, with this option, the retail in the inventory has NOT been changed.
2. The order has been electronically transmitted to the vendor.
3. The vendor fulfills the order and ships the product.
4. The electronic invoice has been received and processed from the vendor.  As the item is received within the Option | IOR | Screens | Receipt Screen, the current retail price ($5.99) will be changed to the New Retail price ($6.59).
5. With the current retail price changed to the new retail price, the labels printed by the vendor will now match the system's retail.  Replace your store's item and bin labels with the new price labels ($6.59)
