Issued Items
This report allows you to view any inventory items that have been issued out.
Report Type
You can select between two types of report: detail or summary. Detail shows information such as the issue comment, time of issue, who issued it, detailed item information, and more. Summary only shows the item number, description, class, code, fine, and extended cost.
Order by
The option selected here will order the report by either item number, date adjusted, or reason.
Date Order
You can make the report dates go in ascending order (earliest to most recent) or descending (most recent to earliest).
Date Range
Enter the from and to date that you want the report to show.
Report Filters (Right Side)
On the right side of the report is where you enter the majority of the filters for the actual report. Depending on what you want the report to actually show, you can enter as many or as little (or none) information in these filters. Granted, the more filters you have, the more detailed your report will be. If you leave all fields blank, it will report on ALL items that match the parameters set on the left side. The filters on the right are as follows: -Item Number -Class (if you want to match exactly what is typed in this field, check the "Exact Match" option) -Code -Fine -Adjustment Comment (when doing an adjustment, you can enter a comment; this is where you can report on adjustments made with a specific comment)
