How Delivery Charges Work in the Sales Order Screen

In this post, we will show How Delivery Charges Work in the Sales Order Screen

Choose the SO Module button from the Main Menu and then select the Create Sales Order button.

Next Select the Customer as seen in the image below.

Accept the customer as seen in the image below.

Once the customer is accepted the Sales Order screen will be displayed as in the image shown below. Select the Detail Tab.

Enter the desired item(s) as shown in the image below.

Enter the desired quantity(ies) as shown in the image below.

Once you press the save button, the screen as shown in the image below will be displayed. If you decide that you don’t want to charge mileage, all you have to do is to select the cancel button.

 

 

The desired mileage will be selected and then will be added to the screen as shown in the image below.

If the user originally decided that they didn’t want to charge delivery charges, and then they decide that they want to add them in later, all they have to do is to select the edit button and then enter the delivery item (in this example it would have been the REGDELIVERY item).
