United Hardware Submitting Order without Internet

In emergency situations when your internet is down, you can submit your orders using an export to CSV. To do this, you must follow these steps:
These first steps only need to be done the first time you have to export the order.
1. In TransActPOS go to IC->Vendors->Find then locate your United vendor. It should be UHARDW.
2. Select Edit
3. Go to the setup tab and select Purchase Order Export Setup
4. Choose CSV w/ Header for the File Type
5. Set Quantity to order to Column 2 and Vendor Part Number to Column 1
6. Click Save
1. Complete your PO as normal and save.
2. On the Main Tab of the PO select Export
3. Save to a thumb drive or other form that you can take to a location with working internet
4. Log on to the United Site and choose Quick Order Upload CSV to place your order.
