Activity allows you to document communications with the customer and extra comments associated with tasks performed for the customer.

Listing
This lists all activities logged for the customer.  To view or edit details for an activity, click the Properties tab.

Click New to create a new activity.  Select the activity type, and enter the appropriate information.  You can track time for the activity, send a message directly to another user, and attach an image.

Delete

This deletes an activity from the customer's account.

Activity History

4. Activity History
This summarizes all activities.  It can be filtered by activity type and date range, and it can be ordered by age.
