Customer contacts can be used to maintain multiple contacts within one company account, add authorized purchasers to an account, or to add someone to the statement or invoice distribution.
Click Contacts in the customer file in View mode. The button is not clickable in Edit mode.
The Contacts screen opens, listing any existing contacts.
Contact List
All contacts for the customer are listed by name, along with a phone number, purchase authorization setting, and title. If a picture is available for the selected contact, it is shown at the right.
To view or edit details for a contact, click the Properties tab.
Click New to create a new contact. Enter the contact's name. You can enter an address, phone numbers, an email address, notes, and a picture. If texting is enabled, you can send a text to the contact by clicking TXT.

This must be checked to allow this contact to conduct transactions on behalf of the customer. The Purchaser Control in AR | Customer File | Accounting must also be set to Authorized to enforce this restriction.
