EMail Statement

For more information on emailing statements, see the video Emailing Statements - Setup and Processing.
 
If Email Statements is checked in AR | Customer File | Settings, then statements are sent to the email address specified in AR | Customer File | Main and to all customer contacts that have Email Statement checked.

Emailed statements can be reviewed in AR | Customer File | Main by clicking Show Emails.
EMail Statement
Select the statement to view and double-click or click Detail.
 
Click Show Image.
EMail Statement
The statement is shown and can be printed from this screen.
