GL Account Maintenance > Add Work Area Suffix
Checking the "Add Work Area Suffix" is required so the current account will have the Area's Suffix added to the account when the transaction for the given Work Area uses this account.
Make sure to create within the Charge of Account the combinations of Account and Suffix that are possible within the system.
Make sure to check the Add Work Area Suffix!
If the Work Area Suffix id not checked, the system will not know to add the suffix to the account!
