Invoice Number

Use Invoice Number if you have the printed invoice from the customer. You can type in the invoice number or scan the barcode on the invoice.

A window opens with all the items on the invoice. Select the items to return by clicking the check box to the left of the item line, and then click Select.

Complete the refund as outlined in Completing the Refund.
