Main Tab

The Main Tab contains basic information about quantities, pricing, and classification.

Quantities

1. Quantities
This displays the on-hand quantity, allocated quantity, and on-order quantity for the current item.
For items with different stock and display units, the quantities change as the Unit of Measure is changed.  For example, this chain is sold by the foot and per 20 foot roll.

Unit of Measure

2. Unit of Measure
This displays the unit of measure selected.  Click Stock or Display to change the unit of measure shown. 
Changing the unit of measure affects the quantities displayed.

Last Physical

3. Last Physical
This displays the date on which the last physical adjustment took place for the current item.

Pricing

4. Pricing
This displays the MSRP and your store's retail prices per the item's purchase unit.

Edit Pricing

5. Edit Pricing
Clicking Edit Pricing allows you to change the MSRP or retail price of the current item.

Add and Print List

6. Add and Print List
Click Add to List to add the item to the Item List, which can then be printed by clicking Print List.  The item is also added to a csv file that can be opened, edited, and imported into TransAct.  This feature can be used to generate a list of items for building a promotion.

Classification

7. Classification
This displays the item class, code, fine, subfine, and seasonal classifications.

Location

8. Location
This displays the main location for the item.  You can edit this location and add other locations by clicking the + button to the right of the location field.

ECat Info

9. ECat Info
This displays basic ECatalog information for the primary vendor.

Catalog Page and Weight

10. Catalog Page and Weight
This displays the page of the vendor's ECatalog the item can be found on if available and the weight of the stock unit of the item.
