Inventory

The Inventory module contains most of the features available in the inventory file, in addition to Auto Label, Auto Location, and Auto Physical functions to allow for quick manipulations to your inventory.

Enter an item by scanning its barcode or entering the item number.

Click Pull to add the item to the pull list.

The item description, item ID, and UPC are displayed.

Click Lookup By to view all the part numbers used to identify the item.  You can add a part number, edit an existing part number, or delete an existing part number.

If the item has an image assigned, you can view it by clicking View Image.

Click an Auto function button to turn the feature on.  When an Auto function is on, the button is green.
 
Auto Label allows you to set the app to automatically print a label for each item based on the settings you select.  Within Auto Label is the Auto-add from ECatalog function, which automatically adds any item you enter that is not already in your store inventory.
 
Auto Location automatically assigns the location entered to each item entered afterward.
Auto Physical automatically opens the adjustment screen for each item entered afterward.

This opens the label printing form for the current item.

The item ID and description are displayed.

Label Form

Click the label name to open the list of label forms.  Click a label form to select it.

Label Printer

Click the printer name to open the list of available printers.  Click a printer name to select it.

Label Quantity

Click the arrows to increase or decrease the quantity of this label to print.

Queue

Click Queue to add the label to the print queue.  After queuing all labels, you can print them through IC | Reports | Label Queue.

Print

Click Print to print the label immediately.

This opens the Adjustments form to allow you to quickly make a receipt, issue, or physical adjustment to the current item.

This opens a condensed version of the Order Item module.  You can add the current item to an existing PO or place it on a new PO.

The Inventory Tabs contain detailed information about the item classification, quantities, and sales history, and allow you to edit certain fields of the inventory file.
