Options includes your device connection settings and your list printer selection.

Connection Status

1. Connection Status
This message is displayed if the handheld device is connected to the server correctly.
 
If the handheld device is not connected to the server, the following message is shown:

Connection Settings

2. Connection Settings
Your handheld device's connection settings must be configured so that it can connect to your store's server.  These settings are entered prior to your device being sent to your store.

Check Connection

3. Check Connection
If the handheld device is not already connected to the server, enter the correct connection settings, and click Check Connection.  If the settings are not entered correctly, the following error is displayed, and you must reenter the settings.
If you continue to receive a failed connection message after confirming your connection settings, please contact TransAct support.

Current Printer

4. Current Printer
This displays the current printer designated for printing lists.

Select Printer

5. Select Printer
To select a different printer, click on the blue box.  This opens a list of available printers, from which you can select the printer you wish to send lists to.
