Mercury Server Logs

The Mercury Server Control Screen is present at the server that resides the TransActPOSServer folder and will automatically start when TransActPOS is loaded.
 
The Mercury Server Control Screen presents the current status of various communications components of the system.  If an error is presented within the control screen, additional information can be located within the PSDG.Email.log file located within the X:\TransActPOSServer\ folder.  This simple text file may be within NotePad or NotePad++.
 
"Unsent Email Messages" may appear within the control screen indicating that email massages have not been successfully sent.

Empty String Error

The "Empty String" error is an indicator that that Mercury Server's email parameters have not be completed.

Successful Email Message Sent

2. Successful Email Message Sent
With the Mercury Server's email settings correctly configured, the system will record the Success record as indicated.
