Mercury Server "Errors" Message
The Mercury Server application resides on the computer designated as the TA-Tug workstation. If the Mercury Server is unable to communicate with the targeted email server, the system indicates that an error has occurred and, thus, the ## Unsent Emails Exist message appears within the Mercury Server Controls Screen and in the TransActPOS Notification area.
Go to the server (usually located in the back office).
The Mercury Server icon is located on the task bar and appears with the icon shown below.

The Mercury Server appears in the Task Tray of the system that has been designated as the TransActPOS Server.
The System Tray is the portion of the Taskbar Display that contains icons for items list wireless settings, sounds controls, battery status, and time/date.
The system tray (or "systray") is a section of the taskbar in the MicrosoftWindows operating system user interface that provides easy access icons to the user's most commonly used apps and displays the clock.
If the Mercury Server is unable to send outgoing emails, the Errorsbutton is displayed.
