Missed Opportunities

Have a customer come in and request an item you do not carry? The Missed Opportunities feature is a great way to inform management of a customer request. This information can be submitted to management for review.

At the top of the TransActPOS Home Screen you will find the "Missed Ops" button:

Once selected the clerk can type in what product or line of products that were requested:

Once submitted management can see the information inside of TransActPOS Messenger system:
