MOCE Reset
When you are missing invoices under the Do It Best customer from online orders, first check with DIB to make sure all steps were completed to process the order on the portal. Once that is verified, you may need to pull missing invoices based on the starting date. To reset the date to pull the Do it Best Same Day Pickup eCommerce website, select MOCE Reset and then enter the starting date to pull invoices from.
