Service Ticket: Adding Items
Adding items to Service Ticket is nearly identical as to that seen within Point of Sale and Sales Orders. Items added to a service ticket do immediately affect the current on-hand of the indicted SKU even though the item has not yet been billed. The Work-In-Process account is utilized to balance the posting activity of items.
