Enhancements

Added an option to block credit cards for payment on account (System: Company Setup: Payment Types: No Credit Card for ROA Payments).
Increased the Fine Line field in ECatalog from 5 to 8 characters to allow longer values from vendors.
Removed the ability to enter or change price value for comment items.
Added the “Print Only Customer w/ Balance” checkbox selection for statements to the log file to assist with troubleshooting.
