Select Line

As you enter items into the Item Listing, the most recently added item appears at the top of the list and is highlighted.  If you make any item changes, like changing quantity, modifying tax, or adding an item note, the change is applied to this highlighted item.
 
 
To make changes to a different item, select it by clicking on the line item number at the left of the item listing.  The number changes to a double-arrow.  This indicates that the item is selected and changes made will be applied to it.

You can also select a different item by clicking Select Line.

This opens a window with all items in the Item Listing.  Click on the correct item, and click Select.
