Gift Given To

Use Gift Given To for a customer who is the recipient of a gift and has a store account.  The customer does not need a gift receipt or printed invoice.  If the item was marked as a gift item during purchase and the recipient's account information was entered, the item is searchable through the recipient's account. 
 
Upon clicking Gift Given To, the Find Customer window opens for you to select the customer.  Once you select the customer, a list of items given to the customer opens.  Check the box to the left of the item, and click Select.
 
Proceed with the refund.  The refund credit should be given to the customer per store policy.
