Gift Received From

Use Gift Received From for a customer who is the recipient of a gift given by someone who has a store account.  The customer does not need a gift receipt or printed invoice.  If the item was marked as a gift item during purchase and the purchaser's account information was entered, the item is searchable through the purchaser's account. 
 
Upon clicking Gift Received From, the Find Customer window opens for you to select the purchaser.  Once you select the purchaser, a list of items bought by the purchaser as gifts opens.  Check the box to the left of the item, and click Select.
 
Complete the refund as outlined in Completing the Refund.  The refund credit should be given to the customer per store policy.
