Gift Cards

The Gift Cards report provides information about the current status of gift cards created within the system.

Report Type

1. Report Type
Open shows gift cards that have been issued and are still in use.
Closed shows gifts cards that have been used and have no credit remaining.
Voided shows gift cards that have been voided.
Canceled shows gift cards that were canceled at the time of creation.

Enter a date range.

Include Transaction Detail shows transactions applied to a gift card after its creation.
Include Purchaser and Recipient shows the Gift To: and Gift From: entries.
