Stock
The transaction activity of a "stocked inventory" item is tracked within the inventory system to provide a perpetual inventory. The on-hand inventory count is affected by inventory receipts, issues, physical adjustments, sales, and returns.
If the stock inventory has a serialized matrix included, the system will prompt the user for the serial number of the item being affected by the transaction.
