Work Types

The Work Types field allows you to indicate the type of service work to be performed and can aid the service department in prioritizing the work to be processed.

Create New Work Type

1. Create New Work Type
This prompts you to create an ID and a description for a new work type.  The ID is a free format text field up to four characters.  Once a work type has been created, it cannot be deleted.
 
With the work type highlighted, click the Properties tab to modify the Work Type ID and Description.
