Work Description

Work Descriptions are another way for the service department to categorize and prioritize service work.  These are repair tasks that must be completed.  Work descriptions could be used to build work packages for a piece of equipment.  Work descriptions can be linked to work types if desired.

Create New Work Description

1. Create New Work Description
This prompts you to create an ID and a description for a new work description and will also allow you to select a work type from the dropdown menu.

Delete Work Description

2. Delete Work Description
This deletes the highlighted work description from the list.
 
 
With the Work Description ID highlighted, click the Properties tab to modify the ID, work type, and work description.
