Service Performed

Service Performed Descriptions are repair tasks that have been completed on a piece of equipment.  These allow the service technician to quickly select items he or she completed rather than manually entering them in the service ticket.

New Service Performed Description

1. New Service Performed Description
This prompts you to create a new ID and description for the work performed.  You may also choose a work type with which to associate the service performed.  The ID is a free form text field.

Delete Service Performed Description

This deletes the highlighted service description from the list.
 
 
With the Service Performed ID highlighted, click the Properties tab to modify the ID, work type, and the Service Performed Description.
