Service Grid

The Service Grid is a series of boxes that allows for easy entry of details in a service ticket. The grid can be customized to include multiple levels, pictures on the boxes, and more.  Manipulating the service grid is identical to manipulating the POS and Rental grids, but the options are different.
 
 
Right clicking on a box brings up a window that allows you to edit that box.  You can specify what type of button it is, write a caption that will appear on the box, add an item, and include a picture to appear on the grid.

Item List

1. Item List
The item list can be used to add bench fees or deposits, labor, or inventory items that will be automatically included in the service ticket.  Clicking the List button opens the Service Item Listing screen.

Add Item

1. Add Item
Clicking Add Item opens an item screen, from which you can click Find and search for an item by number or other criteria using the Advanced Search.
 
 
 
Click Select to add the item to the grid button item list.
 
 
Once all information has been entered, click Save to add the button to the grid.
