Directory Detail of TransActPOS Workstation

This screen may seem overwhelming at first glance, but this is where you can set your workstation to schedule reports to be run.

 

 

All reports in this box are reports you can select to run every day. A couple of these daily reports have options. If you select the Charges on Account report to run, you can select to list the invoices on this report by name. The AR Aging report can be ran by invoice or due date and as a Detail report, Summary report, or just the Total (to see what these reports are, click the link above).

 

In this box, you can select the rental reports to run daily.

 

All reports in this box are reports you can select to run every month. A couple of these monthly reports have options. The AR Aging report can be ran by invoice or due date and as a Detail report, Summary report, or just the Total (to see what these reports are, click the link above). The Commissions Report's Cost Basis can be set to either Average Cost or Commission Cost.

 

Checking this box will run a reorder report on the day selected in the drop down menu. Clicking the button to the right will bring up the Reorder Report screen. The benefit of bringing this screen up is so you can set the options on the report and save them by setting the options and clicking Close. A screen will appear asking if you wish to save the settings.

 

 

Here you can set the printer to run these scheduled reports. Clicking the button will bring up a printer selection window.

 

 

Clicking the button to the left of each report will allow you to select users to receive this scheduled report in their inbox in the new Messenger service. To learn more, click here.
