Event Log

The Event Log contains an audit trail of occurrences within the system.  Technical Support may review the results of the event log to better understand the nature of a system problem.  The following four areas are included in the event log.

2. Error

The Error tab presents a descriptive error message.

3. Calling Chain

The Calling Chain tab shows what the system tried to call to access at the given time.

4. Environment

The Environment in which the error message was displayed (the system specifications on the given workstation).
