Rental Main Tab

The Main tab of the master rental form displays customer information and overall contract details.

Customer Information

1. Customer Information
The customer's address, contact information, and driver license information, if entered, are shown.  Clicking Info opens the AR customer file.

Activity

This displays an activity log for the contract.
 
By clicking the Properties tab, you can enter a new activity.

PO and Job

3. PO and Job
You can enter a PO to charge the rental to and can apply it to a job under the customer's account.

Rental and Merchandise Items

4. Rental and Merchandise Items
This summarizes the rental items and merchandise items on the contract.

Notes

Clicking Notes allows you to enter additional information to save with the contract.

Reservation and Rental
Date and Time

Date and Time
The rental reservation date and time are listed.  These can be changed at any time prior to checking out the rental item by clicking Reservation Date/Time.
 
Once the item is checked out, the rental date and time out are displayed.  The date and time due in are calculated from the check out time using the originally scheduled rental period.

Contract

7. Contract
This displays the contract number.  If the contract has been edited, a revision letter is also displayed.

Security Deposit

If a security deposit is required, the amount is displayed, along with the amount received and returned, if applicable.

Totals

The estimated and actual subtotals and totals are displayed with the current balance.

No Damage Waiver

10. No Damage Waiver
If a damage waiver is required, it can be removed by checking the check box.

Delivery/Pickup

11. Delivery/Pickup
If the rental item requires delivery or pickup, check the box to the left, and enter a date to deliver or pickup.

Payments

Payments received and the total invoiced amount are displayed.
