Warehouse On-Hand Quantity
A new feature within TransActPOS is the ability to see theon-hand quantity at not only your Do It Best Warehouse but also at 7 additional warehouses.
To set this up, go to Options>IOR Menu>Utilities>Member Info
1. This is a default URL …nothing will or can be changed here
2. This is for the On-hand API Key and the 2nd On-hd API Key
(these are provided by Do It Best and will need to be entered in the fields in order for this to work)
The ability to see the on-hand quantity can be located in multiple places:
Location 1
Within the ECatalog, search for an item, and then double click that item. Notice the RSC button is available.
When the RSC button is clicked, it will populate a list of warehouses and the on-hand quantity for those warehouses.
Location 2
IC – Inventory File, search for an item and select the item (must be in the item screen, notice there is a
(1) Q-ECat button in the upper right corner. Click the Q-ECat button and on the next popup, there will be a (2) RSC button. Click the RSC button to populate the list of warehouses and the on-hand quantities for those warehouses.
The popup with the warehouses and the on-hand quantities is simple and to the point.
The first warehouse listed is the stores local warehouse. The other warehouses listed are warehouses that carry that item and the on-hand quantity for that item.
