Changing to the 2:1 format

Return to the main screen of the Wireless V1 screen

Left Click on the TransActPOS logo

 
Within the User Preferences screen, check the "Handheld use 2:1 Screen Format" option.
Select OK to close the screen.
As noted below, Exit the Wireless Handheld application and then return to pickup the new format.
Important Note:  With the Handheld use 2:1 Screen Format selected, the use must Exit the Wireless Handheld application and then return to pickup the new format.
