Item creation for a Cumulative Rate Item

 
 
With the Rental Manager Pg 4 - 3 Hour Cumulative Rate (Straight time no allowances) checked, the following prompt will appear during the addition of a new rental item to the inventory file. The default selection is the Std Prices while the 3 Hour Rates option is the exception that will be chosen in this example.
 
Note: The assigned Rental Pricing Model can not be changed once assigned to a rental item.  If the selection is incorrect, delete the item, and then select the desired Rental Pricing Model when reentering the item to inventory.
 
To create a new Rental Item with Serialization select, follow these instructions: Creating a Rental > Serialized Item
 
At the end the above process of adding a serialized rental item the system, the following Rental Pricing Model screen will appear

Once the "3 Hour Rate" item has been created, continue to the Prices tab to enter the Hour 1, Hour 2, and Hour 3+ rates.  Make sure to select the Edit button to modify the displayed rates.
