Opening a CSV file from within Microsoft Excel

To open a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file with Microsoft Excel

Select Browse

1. Select Browse
Selecting Browse will display a variety of locations from which a file can be located.  In this case, the file was downloaded into the Downloads folder of the selected used.

Indicate the Folder location into which the file was downloaded

Within the selected folder, the desired file(s) will be present.
Left-Click on the file to open.

Quick Column Width Formatting

To easily change the width of the columns so that the entire width of the content can be seen do the following:
1) Left-Click in the left-top corner of the spreadsheet

2) Hover over any of the column divides to invoke the double-arrow icon and then Left-Click.
3) The system will reformat all columns to the width of the columns' content.

Note: If the expect file is not present, change the filter to All File (*.*)
