Quantity Round Option Awareness
The Quantity Round Option field is represented to the right of the Item No. within the Orgill.com Catalog and determines the cost based upon the indicated Shelf Pack for each item. In the example below, item 6718993, includes Quantity Round Option of "Y" which can be purchased at a Minimum Quantity of 1 which is less that the Shelf Pack. So, when purchased in a quantity of less than 5, there will be an up charge of 4%, as presented in the examples below.

The Orgill Quantity Round Option requires the following:

If the Vendor Setup includes the landed cost of per line and flat rate per shipment , the additional costs will be added to the cost of the item.

Within Orgill website, the member is aware of the Quantity Round Option assigned to the SKU with the presence of a "X" after the product's Item No:. This is an example of a Quantity Round of X, an
item that must be purchased in shelf pack quantities.
Within Orgill website, the member is aware of the Quantity Round Option assigned to the SKU with the presence of a "Y" after the product's Item No:. This is an example of a Quantity Round of Y.
If the quantity ordered is by the Shelf Pack (), the cost per unit will be reduced by 4%, since Orgill only published the lowest order quantity cost within the F0$I80E file.
In this example the cost of a single card containing 2 bits is $0.95. If a shelf pack of 5 is ordered, Purchase Order Quantity of 5, the cost will appear at $0.91).
