Wireless Handheld with Line Buster
So, what does the process look like?
1. The clerk selects Line Buster on the main menu of the TransActPOS Wireless device.
2. The customer’s items are scanned by the clerk.
3. The clerk ends the transaction by tapping the End Sale button.
4. The system prompts the clerk to scan a pre-printed Line Buster card or print a Line Buster receipt.
5. After completing their shopping, the customer goes to a point-of-sale station and presents the Line Buster card/receipt to the clerk.
6. The point-of-sale clerk scans the customer’s Line Buster barcode, and the system populates the screen with the contents of the Line Buster Card.
7. The clerk scans the additional purchases presented by the customer.
8. The clerk completes the sale with the End Sale (F2) button and selects the appropriate payment method.
The Line Buster Card automatically clears the item list after use.
