The following use of the Work Areas and General Ledger is being presented to represent the sales activity from the Feed Services and Pet Store, two separate buildings on the property.

Assumptions:

Workstation assigned to Work Area "F" or "P".
System > Workstation Settings > General > Work Area = "F" or "P"
Work Areas are established
System > Company Setup > GL Accounts Page 1 > # Work Areas are established.
Within Setup the Work Area "F" has Been Assigned a GL Suffix of 001
Within Setup the Work Area "P" has Been Assigned a GL Suffix of 002
General Ledger Accounts are present to the account and the account-### work area related accounts
