Modify Order

 

Any of the listed types of Sales Orders are modified in Modify Order function.  After entering the search criteria, select the Find button to select the appropriate Sales Order.

In this particular case, the Open Sales Orders filter is selected so only those sales orders with open items are presented.  Clicking on the radio button next to the identified group of items will limit the listing once the Find button is selected.

 

 

Select the appropriate type of order on the right and enter the whole or partial Sales Order number or Customer ID information to list the corresponding orders. Unchecking the Close Window on Select button will allow returning to this Find screen to select another customer when the Find button is selected on the information screen.

 

When a sales order is selected, there are two screens of information for the sales order: Main and Detail and two screens of options - Options 1 and Options 2. The Main tab will display the current information for the customer on the sales order and the Detail tab will display the items for the sales order.  Options 1 deals with printing and other options of the currently selected Sales Order.  Options 2 deals with activity, copies, and the generation of Purchase Orders for the selected Sales Order. The Main screen can be edited or any information on the Detail screen can be modified accordingly.

Payment will accept payment of the current sales order. This is also where to reverse a payment made on a sales order. For more information on how to do this, click here.

Select Line for the items being picked up.

 

Enter the quantity of the item selected being shipped.

 

Selecting Accept will then remove the selected items as being shipped and mark the sales order as Partial - Picked Up.

 

 

Enter the quantity of items.

Delete will remove the currently displayed sales order.

Find will return to the Find Sales Order screen.
