Below is an example of how much you can change the default gift certificate form.  In this example, the user has imported their own logo and rearranged various fields to fit their needs.  Printing to certificate to an inexpensive color printer, the use can create a customized gift certificate for each customer.  

 

In this example, a precut 8.5" X 5.5" piece of paper is use with a matching envelope.
