Submitting a True Value Order without Internet

In emergency situations when your network is down and you have no internet access, you can submit your orders via fax. To do this, you must follow three steps.

1. Call TV at (800)828-3658 and let them know that your internet is down and you will be faxing your order directly to them.

2. Fax the order to the Order Desk at (773)695-6538

3. Call them again at the number listed in step 1 and confirm that they received the fax.
